Title: Modelling antibodies in the post-AlphaFold era: where are we now?
Host: Gestur Vidarsson
Marco has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Bijvoet Centre for Biomolecular Research (Utrecht University) since 2022. He did his PhD in Computational Physics at the University of Trento in Italy, focusing on the development of methods for molecular simulations and modelling. His current research combines physics-based approaches and machine learning algorithms to predict the structures and properties of biomolecular systems. He is primarily involved in developing the new version of the HADDOCK modelling tool (HADDOCK3) and in improving antibody and antibody-antigen structure prediction methods.
