Are you interested in transfusion medicine and would you like to make a difference in the quality of blood supply systems in your home country? In that case, the Management of Transfusion Medicine (MTM) programme might be exactly what you are looking for. 
The MTM programme is a unique, sponsored two year programme for current and potential leaders of blood banks in medium- and low income countries. 

The first year consists of a total of 8 online courses, which you can follow from anywhere in the world. The second year evolves around two internships in the Netherlands (tutorials and practical traineeships), data collection and drafting of the final thesis. After graduation, you will have gained the skills and knowledge to make a valuable contribution to safe and efficient blood supply systems in your home country.
